Order Fulfillment
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 8 AM CET will likely ship the same day, excluding Fridays and Saturdays.

We offer several FedEx shipping options, including International Economy®, Priority®, and Priority Express®. These shipping methods refer to the carrier’s service level and handling speed, not guaranteed delivery timeframes.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to FedEx, customs processing, or other external factors beyond our control. Selecting expedited or priority shipping does not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, the shipment and delivery process are the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, delivery interruptions, or other issues caused by the carrier.
Customs and International Shipping
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and processing delays imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing times are unpredictable and may significantly exceed estimated delivery timeframes. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.
In-Transit Orders and Delivery Delays
Orders that have been shipped and are in transit, including those delayed by carriers or customs, are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks while the shipment is ongoing.
Limitation of Liability for Shipping Delays
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of profits, or missed deadlines, once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Pricing
Shipping costs are calculated in real-time during checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and FedEx’s discounted rates. Additional fees related to customs, taxes, or delivery complications are not included in the shipping price.
