Return Conditions

  1. Product Condition

    • Product must be undamaged, unused, and returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • Packaging must remain unopened.
    • Defective or damaged products can be returned for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.
  2. Proof of Purchase

    • Consumers wishing to return a delivery or cancel a transaction must provide an invoice.
    • If an invoice is not available, alternative proof of purchase is required, such as an order summary showing the transaction date, the amount paid, and the method of payment.

    • Returns are not accepted for customized items, perishable goods, or items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

    • A restocking fee of 5% may apply for returned items unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  6. Refund Process

    • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    • We’ll notify you after inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. If it takes more than 15 business days, contact us.
    • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, and will be processed within 7 business days.
    • For customers outside the EU or USA, refund processing may take longer depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled before shipment. If the order has not been already processed or shipped, cancellation requests may be treated as returns and subject to the terms outlined in our return policy.

Cancelling or refunding digital products that have been fulfilled, redeemed on your device, or had more than 5% of their contents viewed (such as an online recorded course) may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. However, it may be possible to exchange a recorded course for a different one.

Cooling-Off Period

  • Customers in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel your order without providing any reason.
    • The 14-day cooling-off period applies to non-customized, non-perishable products only. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless otherwise agreed upon.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these policies, including shipping, returns, and cancellations, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes, claims, or controversies shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration, and the arbitration shall take place in Hod Hasharon, Israel. The language of arbitration shall be Hebrew (or English if applicable) and each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees.
